The said Sadhan Chandra Naskar died intestate leaving behind his wife Parul Bala Naskar, two daughters namely Manju Sana Naskar, Asima Kayal and one son Biswanath Naskar, who jointly inherited the 1/3rd share of the aforesaid property measuring 3.45 decimals i.e. land measuring 1.15 decimals.

Said Goylani Mondal became the absolute Owner of remaining 1/3rd share of the aforesaid land measuring 3.45 decimals i.e. land measuring 1.15 decimals.

AND WHEREAS that the Shibu Naskar, Parul Bala Naskar, Manju Sana Naskar, Asima Kayal and Biswanath Naskar herein executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of Julfikar Halder.

And WHITE FILD REALTORS INDIA PVT. LTD. after from reliable sources and verification of all the relevant papers and documents of the said property and satisfied with the same has agreed to purchase
